Delete your AstroOjas account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the app or the website.

How to delete

  1. Android app: Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password.
  2. Website: sign in → Profile & Settings → Delete account.
  3. Can't sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the request within 30 days.

Before you delete

Deletion is blocked while money is owed either way — a wallet balance, unpaid astrologer earnings, or an order in progress — so nothing is lost by accident. Request a refund of any wallet balance first.

What is deleted immediately

Your name, email, phone number, password, two-factor settings, birth profiles, saved addresses, device/push tokens, notifications, saved astrologers, and the text of messages you sent. Astrologer accounts also lose their public profile and bank details.

What we must keep

Financial and tax records — wallet ledger entries, payments, refunds, invoices and consultation billing and consent records — are kept for the period required by Indian law, linked only to an anonymised account and used for no other purpose.
