Rates shown are platform defaults. Calls cost roughly twice as much as chat. Each astrologer's profile shows their exact chat and call rates for your country.
Your wallet
Your AstroOjas wallet holds Indian Rupees (INR). Recharges between ₹100 and ₹50,000 are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We credit your wallet only after the payment provider confirms the payment directly to our servers.
International clients
If your country's rate is shown in another currency (for example USD or GBP), it is displayed for reference. You are charged in INR from your wallet at the INR equivalent we show alongside the rate, using an approved conversion rate fixed when your consultation starts. Showing a local currency does not mean we can accept payment in that currency; your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees when you recharge. International recharges are only enabled once our payment provider has approved them for your country.
What is never charged
- The free introduction on your first consultation (60 seconds), for chat or calls.
- Time while we connect your astrologer, or wait for them to join your chat.
- Sessions you decline, or don't respond to.
- Sessions where your astrologer cannot connect.
Refunds
Unspent recharge balance can be refunded to the original payment method after review — request it from your wallet. Refunds cover only funds that have not been used for consultations. If a consultation had a problem, use “Request billing review” on its receipt; approved reviews are credited back to your wallet.
