This is a product draft describing how the platform behaves. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before launch.
Consultations
Each consultation begins with a free automated introduction. Paid time starts only after you explicitly consent to the disclosed rate and your astrologer is connected. The agreed rate, billing increment and rounding rule are fixed for that consultation.
Wallet
Your wallet is a prepaid INR balance used only for AstroOjas services. It is credited only after confirmed payment. Balances are not interest-bearing and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Refunds and disputes
Unspent balances may be refunded to the original payment method after review. Consultation charges may be credited back after a billing review where a fault is found.
