A consultation, step by step
Designed so you always know what you'll pay — and only pay when you've chosen to.

Confirm your country
Rates depend on where you are. You confirm your country when you sign up and can review it any time in Settings. We never change your billing country silently.

Recharge your wallet
Add money through Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking where available). Your wallet is held in INR and is credited only after the payment provider confirms the payment to our servers.

Pick an astrologer — chat or call
Compare verified astrologers by specialty, language, experience and rating. Each offers private text chat and calls; chat is billed at its own rate, about half the call rate. You can choose to share a saved birth profile.

Free 60-second introduction (first consultation)
On your first consultation, an automated guide welcomes you — spoken on a call, or as messages in your chat — and invites you to share your name, date, time and place of birth. In chat you can also type your question, and your astrologer may join to greet you. Every detail is optional. This time is never billed. On later consultations you confirm the rate before starting and are connected straight away.

Rate disclosure at 45 seconds (first consultation)
We tell you the exact per-minute rate and how time is rounded. Choose Continue (or press 1 on a phone call) to proceed, or End (press 2). If you don't respond, the call ends free.

Connect to your astrologer
We reach your astrologer. If they can't connect, you are not charged. Billing starts only when your astrologer is actually on the line or has joined your chat.

Talk, with no surprises
The screen shows your paid time and remaining balance. We warn you before funds run low and end gracefully at your balance limit, so you can never be charged more than you have. Sessions are capped at 120 minutes.

Receipt and review
You get an itemised receipt with the rate, paid duration, rounding and total. Something not right? Request a billing review straight from the receipt.
